Refund Eligibility: Reservations are eligible for a full refund only if cancelled at least 15 days before the scheduled booking date.

Non-Refundable Period: Cancellations made within 15 days of the booking date are not eligible for any refund.

No Exceptions: Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances, including illness, weather conditions, or other personal reasons.
